It was to see what you are up too
It is great to see you on TV and to see you are still cooking. We miss your cooking in Miami. I went many times to your restaurant and you were always good about making an appearance in the dining room and making sure we were enjoying the meal. I remember a few conversations about your dogs. I hope they are doing well.

The Manchego cheese that I used was soft manchego and not the aged hard. That is why it was great on grilled cheese as it melted
